What happens if my order is not done in 24 hours as you promise?
We will refund your money promptly if the order is not delivered to you at that time. If the order needs revisions we’ll do our best to meet your deadline, but we can’t make any promises on whether the revisions will be complete within that time frame, as it is up to the client to approve the content.
How is the content delivered?
We send everything via email just as soon as it is finished.
Can I call your support line for an update throughout the day?
Yes, absolutely. If any of your order is complete you can request to have it sent to you as well.
I want my articles to be submitted as well, can you do that in a rush?
Submission can be done on a rush basis, but it greatly depends on the site you want the content to be submitted to. Some sites take longer than others to approve content, so we try to only promise sites that offer instant approval. Please use the contact form for more info on this service.
I want my press release distributed the same day as it’s done, can you do that?
Yes, we can do it with 99% of our packages for an additional fee. The only issues we have faced in the past with rush submission for distribution is with PR Web’s lower end package, everything else that we offer on Custom Press Release in terms of distributions can be rushed for an additional fee.
Do the same writers work on these projects as those that work for your other sites?
Yes, and no. We have devoted a special section of our company to rush orders. While the same writers have worked in other areas of our company in the past, we typically rely on a select group of writers that do mostly rush work. We find their work to be above our normal quality as they are typically as talented as they are fast.
